After high school and a degree plus teaching credential at Cal State L.A., I joined the Peace Corps and spent two years as a teacher in Western Samoa. Upon returning home I moved to San Diego and am now retired after 32 years as a teacher and principal with the San Diego Unified School District. My husband and I enjoy traveling, spending time with our two grandsons, taking classes, playing pickleball and rescuing golden retrievers. I look forward to catching up with old friends.
